Himera esittää: Andreas Røysum (NO)
Maanantaina 4.6. klo 19

Tervetuloa!

Himera presents: Andreas Røysum (NO)
Monday 4 June at 7pm
Free entrance

The Norwegian clarinettist Andreas Røysum has for the past years toured extensively with different bands such as Miman, Increase, Målbrott and Fennel, and collaborated with people like Axel Dörner, Tristan Honsinger, Jasper Stadhouders, Kresten Osgood and Damo Suzuki. As a soloist, he attempts to work with the physicality of the instrument, through utilizing its full dynamic range and textural possibilities. A diverse background and vast set of influences come into play: studies in jazz, contemporary music and classical Indian, paired with a fascination for folk music traditions from all over the world, all subjected to abstraction.

7pm Niko-Matti Ahti & Topias Tiheäsalo : electronics, field and other recordings, guitar
8pm Andreas Røysum : clarinet

Welcome!
