Titanik artist-in-residence programme (Turku, Finland) offers residencies for artists working in the intersections of sound and contemporary art. The application period is 9 March – 6 April 2021, and the call is for the following time periods:

Titanikin artist-in-residence -ohjelma tarjoaa lyhyitä, 1-2 viikon residenssejä kaikille taiteilijoille ja kuraattoreille taiteenalasta riippumatta. Pandemian aiheuttamien matkustusrajoitusten johdosta haku on avoin ainoastaan Suomessa asuville taiteilijoille ja kuraattoreille.

Titaniks artist-in-residence-program erbjuder kortvariga residensvistelser (1–2 veckor) för konstnärer och kuratorer som arbetar i vilket medium som helst. På grund av gällande resebegränsningar välkomnar vi ansökningar från verksamma konstnärer och kuratorer som för närvarande är bosatta i Finland.

Yoojin Lee uses sound, text(ile), video, object and movement to remain entangled with ways of becoming that embody care, knowledge, (un)belonging and resistance. Recent work has explored overlooked human and nonhuman behaviours and states of (in)activity, such as sleep and sloth/slowness.
