Titanikin ja B-gallerian yhteinen #Ilmastohellä-toiminta jatkuu perjantaina 12.4. Titanikilla, jolloin seurassamme on taiteilija Josefina Nelimarkka. Keskustelu rakentuu Nelimarkan viimeaikaisen työskentelyn ympärille, jossa hän tutkii ilmakehän ilmiöitä, joiden vaikutus ilmastoon on suuri, mutta osittain tuntematon ja ennustamaton.

The #ClimateTender project by Titanik and B-galleria continues on Friday 12th of April at Titanik, where we’ll host a discussion with artist Josefina Nelimarkka. The talk will focus on Nelimarkka’s recent research on atmospheric phenomena, which hold a huge impact on the climate, yet of which we do not know all that much about.

Félix Blume’s project for Titanik Residency rose from an unexpected casual discovery putting together 2 walkie-talkies and a set of microphones: they generate a kind of electromagnetic field interfering with the microphones, an unexpected sound. From this phenomenon as a starting point, he will experiment the way of performing (inside or in the public space)

Artist Humberto Duque is looking for experienced and inexperienced comedians from different backgrounds, of all nationalities, genders, and ages, who would like to do stand-up comedy in their native language as part of his project at Titanik this spring. If you’re funny, or even funnier in your own language, we would like to hear from you!
