Cyclone 3. on matkaava näyttely, joka vie meidät pyörteisen liikkeen kynnykselle seuraten maan kiertoliikkeen suuntaa. Jokainen esitettävä Cyclone-näyttely käsittelee hetkeä syklonin jälkeen, jolloin epäjärjestys on vaiennut ja kaaos hälventynyt, ihmiset ovat löytäneet takaisin toistensa luokse, joitain puuttuu ja jotain on menetetty, mutta tila on avoin – muuta mahdollisuutta ei ole – uudelle alulle. Lazy Susan
3.–24.6.2016. The group show Lazy Susan curated by Kio Griffith and Ichiro Irie is the inaugural effort by the curatorial collective, QiPO. The show explores the concept of collaboration and its limits with the title, “Lazy Susan” referring to the revolving trays often found in the center of round tables at Chinese restaurants.

Ennen kuvataiteilijan ammattiin ryhtymistäni olin hopeaseppä, käsityöläisten huippua. Tein erilaisia esineitä ja koruja jaloista metalleista. Leikkasin, sahasin, juotin, vasaroin ja pakotin – osasin tehdä metallista mitä ikinä halusin.
